Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase is required.
We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or altered items.
Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the replacement will be shipped within 3–4 business days. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
